Dr. German Newall performed liposuction and fat grafting to the buttocks and trochanters. The areas of liposuction (abdomen, back, flanks, hips, inner thgihs and axilla) created a more curvaceous figure. The harvested fat transfered to the buttocks and torchanters gave her more volume in desired areas.
