One Procedure. Significant, Long-lasting Results.
What is BodyTite?
BodyTite is a minimally invasive body contouring procedure delivering results previously only achieved through more excisional surgical procedures. BodyTite, powered by directional radiofrequency (RF), provides contraction of the dermis, subdermal connective tissue, and adipose tissue coagulation.
Key Benefits:
- Controls heating to ensure that treatment results are consistent, avoiding over-treated or under-treated areas.
- Real time temperature monitoring in deep fat areas and on the skin surface.
- Directional RF builds a temperature profile providing different treatment modalities for each tissue layer, from the deep fat layer up to the skin’s surface.
BodyTite FAQs
Where Will BodyTite be Performed?
BodyTite can be performed in the ACPS MedSpa under local anesthesia or in the operating room at ACPS the Surgery Center under general anesthesia which is usually in conjunction with other procedures like liposuction. Dr. Newall will determine where the procedure should be performed for each specific case.
Who is a Candidate for BodyTite?
BodyTite is a great option for tightening skin that displays minimal to moderate sagging. Dr. Newall and ACPS providers will determine if you are a good candidate for BodyTite.
BodyTite alone may not give you the dramatic body contouring results you are wanting. Severe skin laxity may need other surgical procedures to address the concern.
What Areas Can Be Treated with BodyTite?
Dr. Newall and ACPS providers typically use BodyTite to target areas of the body like the abdomen, upper arms, thighs, knees, breasts, and back.
This can be performed as a stand alone treatment or in conjunction with liposuction. Dr. Newall will assess your concerns and determine if you would benefit from a combination procedure or the BodyTite alone.
When Can I see Results with BodyTite?
Results should be almost immediate. Your body will take time to show the full results. Expect to see improvement for up to a full year as the skin continues to tighten and collagen production increases. If the BodyTite was in conjunction with liposuction results will appear once the swelling goes down, usually around 3 months.
Aftercare is important to keep results. Maintenance requires a good diet and exercise.
How Long is the BodyTite Procedure?
It takes 15-45 minutes to treat an area. Once you have a consultation for BodyTite an estimated treatment time will be given to you. Multiple areas being treated in one visit may take up to a few hours.
